Тетевен отбеляза 150 години от гибелта на Апостола на свободата Васил Левски
Днес отбелязваме 150 години от гибелта на националния ни герой – Васил Левски. Пред паметника на Апостола на свободата в гр. Тетевен своята почит и признателност към живота и делото му отдадоха кметът на Община Тетевен д-р Мадлена Бояджиева, зам.-кметовете Борис Врабевски, Красимир Красимиров и Тони Стоев, председателят на ОбС – Тетевен – Мария Стойчева, общински съветници, учители и ученици, граждани.
Своето слово към присъстващите произнесе д-р Бояджиева, а след нея Ивайло Шопски – основател на Пътуващо читалище „Бащино огнище“, запозна присъстващите с последните най-ярки моменти от живота на Апостола, като обърна внимание, че той не е бил предаден, а случайно заловен, за което говори факта, че турците дори не са знаели кой са задържали в този момент.
Кметът на Тетевен награди участниците в изложба на рисунки на тема: „Моят Левски“, която беше открита на 16 февруари в сградата на Общинска администрация, а в нея се включиха над 60 млади художника.
Програмата по случай годишнината продължи с музикални изпълнение и рецитали, специално подготвени от децата от ДГ “Васил Левски“, както и от МВГ „Вежен“ – Тетевен.
Букети и цветя бяха поднесени от името на Община Тетевен, ОбС – Тетевен, ДГ „Васил Левски“ – гр. Тетевен, ДГ „Незабравка“ – Тетевен, НУ „Хаджи Генчо“, НПГГСД „Сава Младенов“ – гр. Тетевен, СУ „Георги Бенковски“ – Тетевен, ПГСЕУ – Тетевен, ЦПЛР – Тетевен, НЧ „Съгласие 1869“ – Тетевен, Исторически музей – Тетевен, СВВБ – Тетевен, СОСЗР – Тетевен, Национална Асоциация Сигурност, граждани, политически партии.
